Welcome to SneakerHub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SneakerHub mobile application ("App," "Service," or "Platform"). By accessing or using SneakerHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using SneakerHub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SneakerHub. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of SneakerHub, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Content

4.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload, post, or share on SneakerHub ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

4.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to post User Content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Promotes violence, illegal activities, or dangerous behavior
• Contains sexually explicit or inappropriate material
• Includes spam, misleading information, or fraudulent content
• Violates the privacy rights of others

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or modify any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our content guidelines.

5. Coin System and In-App Purchases

5.1 Virtual Currency

SneakerHub uses a virtual currency system ("Coins") that can be purchased through in-app purchases or earned through app activities. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.2 Purchases

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All sales are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Coins are non-transferable between accounts

5.3 Publishing Costs

Publishing video content on SneakerHub requires spending Coins. The cost per publication is displayed in the app and may be adjusted at our discretion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Collect or harvest information about other users
• Engage in any activity that could harm minors
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app

7. Intellectual Property

The SneakerHub app, including its design, features, graphics, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our express written permission.

8. Reporting and Blocking

SneakerHub provides tools to report inappropriate content and block users. We investigate reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content or suspending accounts. False or malicious reports may result in account penalties.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• Your User Content may be removed from the platform
• Any unused Coins will be forfeited without refund

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SneakerHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of SneakerHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, except where prohibited by law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
